Every automated SMS the Bible School module sends, plus the admission letter content and signature β all editable here. Placeholders like {name} get filled in automatically when each message is sent.
{appNumber}{church} {appNumber}{name} {studentNo}{reason} already includes "Reason: ..." or a default fallback phrase β no need to add the word "Reason" yourself.{name} {reason}{name} {church} {studentNo}{courseName}{courseName} {reason}{courseTitle} {certNumber}{certNumber}{name} {amount} {church}{FirstName} {LastName} {FullName} {StaffNo}This one message covers all three login flows β staff sign-in, the lecturer portal, and the student portal β since they all send the same kind of "here's your code" message. Which channel it actually goes out on (SMS, Email, or Both) isn't set here β that's controlled in Settings β π¨ Message Channels β Login OTP. This box only changes the wording.
{code} {church}{programme} {name} {studentNo}Controls whether students owing fees can access course content, assignments, and exams in the student portal. Off by default β nobody is blocked until you deliberately turn this on.
Controls what happens when a student's account status is anything other than Active (Graduated, Dropped, or Withdrawn β see Students for individual and bulk year-group actions). Off by default β status is just a label until you turn this on.
Switch off any trigger to stop that SMS from sending β the template stays saved, it just won't go out until you switch it back on. Toggles save immediately, no separate button.
These run on a timer rather than firing from a specific action. Moved here from the LMS hub.
